SWEET BANKRUPTCY
I think its been
sufficiently long since I've written about the act of bankruptcy.
This is NOT a tutorial. I am not a lawyer. If I was a lawyer, I
would shoot myself, just because I would be a burden to society, a
bane of existence, a drag on civilization and an affront to God.
Plus, I wouldn't like myself. This article is to reiterate the
desirability of bankruptcy. I keep hearing religious and moral
arguments against bankruptcy, and for the life of me I cannot
understand how folks can do it. How can they support theft, then
feel good about themselves?
*
Plus, tactically, you
are handicapping yourself. I'll get to that. First, my personal
viewpoint. I like the Golden Rule. Do unto others as you would have
them do unto you. I don't want to screw people and I hope they
return the favor. So why did I joyfully declare bankruptcy twice?
Because I'm not stealing money. I'm simply NOT paying back credit
that was created out of thin air. It wasn't actual gold or currency
the banker gave me as loans. It was nothing. A bookkeeping entry.
It was just credit.
*
Which, in case you kind
of missed class that day, causes inflation. It isn't primarily cash
( currency ) creation that causes inflation but created debt. If my
little deserted island economy has $27 on it, the sum total of all
the cash the stranded crew possessed, coconuts, fish, construction
crews of palm frond buildings and the sweet ass of the cooks helper,
Philippe, all must be priced low enough to have a consumer economy
based on that currency. But if each merchant creates a charge
account, doubling the price on everything, you get price inflation.
The only thing that will drop in price is Philippe's services, due to
damage.
*
AhHA!, you proclaim, if
you don't pay back the merchants, they are out that money. But that
is not the case in our current economic system. We have bankers.
They create the credit. You buy something from a merchant, and the
bank pays that merchant ( plus, the merchant can borrow from the bank
and himself declare bankruptcy ). You are only cheating the bank.
What happens if you don't pay JP Morgan ( on behalf of Rothschild's
)? Nothing. Nothing happens. How can it? The money never existed.
Technically, the bank shows a loss, they pay less taxes. WELL!, you
scream in orgasmic delight as I make your argument for you, the
government is being defrauded, and little OtherColor babies don't get
their subsidized milk.
*
Again, that isn't how
it works. Big Conglomerate Dairy Incorporated passed the baby
welfare law on behalf of their bought politician. The welfare WILL
be dispensed, cash on the barrel or through a loan to the government.
A loan the bankers created out of credit. In the end, the
government never pays back its debt, as it is impossible, and the
bankers move from that failed economy on to another, once again
creating credit that pretends to be money. The only payment is from
the citizens in the form of inflation ( or, falling purchasing power
).
*
I can see you cross
your eyes, drool a tiny amount, have an epiphany, and counter with,
well, if no one declared bankruptcy, and everyone paid their taxes,
then there would be no national debt and no inflation. WRONG!!!!
The central bank is given a monopoly on credit creation, by the
government. In return, the government gets a huge boost in spending
that it never pays back, and the bankers get free money to buy real
assets. They will NOT cease this arrangement voluntarily.
*
If you won't borrow,
and no one else does either, the government will just create a public
works project. Building a dam, invading another country, etc. They
WILL borrow and you WILL pay the interest for them, as a taxpayer.
Period. You get no vote on the important stuff. Just like
California voted as allowed by law, overwhelmingly ( including the
Latino's already there ) rejecting more immigration. Then the court
ruled they cannot vote on certain subjects.
*
But vote for Orange
Man, because any other vote is for pure communism ( I'm being
sarcastic, but sadly it is true ). Anyway, your puny bankruptcy has
no effect on inflation. The $987 million grant for Gore Warming has
a smidge more impact. Remember, the government loves inflation.
Rising prices help the politicians investments, and the bankers get
to loan out even more money. Too bad your wages don't keep up. Now,
what about the moral argument? You signed for a loan, in good faith,
and are morally obligated to pay it back.
*
That one is easy. Let
us say that you took out such a loan. A year later, your banker was
arrested and convicted of child molestation. All your payment had
gone to cocaine and buying more sex slaves. Do you still owe the
remainder of your loan to Pervert Banker? Why? He is a criminal,
and he perpetuated fraud upon you. Why would you keep paying him?
Central banks are Pure D Evil. Want to change my mind? Our lovely
Red Shield Family throughout the ages has more blood on their hands
than most governments.
*
In might be remembered
that the bankers FUNDED the evil that governments did. Kind of hard
to kill a few hundred thousand troops in the trenches in one battle
without the banker funded military's and munitions. Who do you think
funded all the politicians even before the Revolutionary War, pushing
for a central bank? It wasn't JUST 1913. Jackson, regardless of all
his sins, if you even count genocide a sin ( since it benefited us
all ), killed off a central bank. Care to guess who was behind the
Civil War ( at least partially )? How about the manufactured
economic Depressions leading up to 1913? How many folks were hurt or
killed there? Who funded Columbus's trip to America? Was it gold
from the Queens treasury, or was it banker credit? Are they at least
partially responsible for the biological warfare against the indigs?
*
Why do you think you
owe murderers money? Because it is honorable to pay them back? You
are helping to profit murder. If you want to pay back the minions of
Lucifer, just to receive more credit down the road, that is fine. I
think you are foolish, as debt is bondage, but to each his own. Yet,
to feel beholden to pay back the thieves? To feel obligated to be
honorable to murderers? If you tried to cheat on taxes, to keep
little goat herders alive in Afghanistan ( you know, those innocent
women and children whose only sin was feeding dad/husband, the
freedom fighter? ), are you bad, or good?
*
If you tried to “cheat”
the banker by declaring bankruptcy, are YOU morally reprehensible?
Or is the banker who creates loans to the government to fund SWAT
teams Red Flagging innocents? Are you helping to fund evil, by
paying evil bankers? Wouldn't it be nice to buy ammo to fight the
bankers legions of doom, by buying ammo instead of paying back the
banker for a loan? Time to awake and smell the brewing java juice.
You are supporting a dying and deadly enemy. Stop it!

Yet, I just got a block of book recommendations that were rabidly politically correct. As in, White Bad, History Rewritten, etc. It was a first. Plus, I just got a fraudulent charge on my debit card. First time in near forty years ( knock on wood ). Now THAT is a pain in the ass. Just wondering if anyone else noticed anything.

Consider your self or your blogger persona as being probed. Either or vulnerabilities and or a triggering level threshold as part of an intelligence gathering mission. This is either an independant singular mission of just a routine periodic surveillance review. Or it is premptive probes before a direct action mission. Once is a fluke, twice is indicative. Prepare to go Bourne.
ReplyDeleteIt might be smart to only use the new card to withdraw from the ATM. Practice what I preach and withdraw some from the grid. Save more, spend less.
DeleteYes. Be the boring target subject with simpleton habit patterns, routines, mundane finance activity, along with cloistered monk like social profile. Be a tree in their forest as in close positioning for defensive or offensive manuevers in martial combatives can be an advantage as well.
DeleteMy surveillance team being bored stupid, would place side bets amongst themselves for kicks just trying to time the near precision regularity of the morning toilet flush. Winning.
It is so nice getting back to a regular ( ish ) morning constitution after near nine years of trying not to share the same bathroom with the bums at the food bank. Winning, in more ways than one
DeletePhilippe has to adjust his prices because of wear-n-tear?
ReplyDeleteYup. I could see that happening.
The same issue happens with getting loans for services or goods or a vacation.
I buy it 'new' but it is instantly used or used-up (example: a new vehicle instantly depreciates fifty-percent) but bankers expect me to keep paying for the new value.
Haha.
Who is the dummy now, mister and missus banker!
Next up, ten year car loans for cars that last three.
Delete"...a new vehicle instantly depreciates fifty-percent..."
Delete===========
Not even close.
Priced any used vehicles lately?
Everything under 15 years old is is either beat to death or has 200,000 miles on it.
Fact is everybody is leasing vehicles, running them to death then turning them back in for another and the dealer tries to sell the old one for as much as he can get and doesn't care if it sells or not as he is getting his money on the leases. I'd like to have a late model (2010 or newer) truck but I've been watching them for years and I just can't justify the cost. I don't do loans (payments). Cash only.
I think the 50% still stands. The vehicle is overpriced new. We just have a temporary situation after the Detroit bail out ( cash for clunkers ). Of course, I think there must be another artificial factor I'm not aware of, to have used cars overpriced at the same time new cars sit on lots untouched. All I know for sure is that a new car has no reason to worth even $15k, let alone its stated average of $30k.
DeleteI agree with all of that, cept the first sentence. I have the 3 biggest dealers in the state sending *me* weekly offers on their best deals on a used 4x4 truck no older than 2010. (**Not the real me, an alias, I would never give my real name to a solicitation) ANY 2019 truck will cost $25-35k+ right now. Maybe years ago that 50% thing was real but not for the past 10 years. Yeah, that's how long I've been looking.
DeleteWe are still in a situation, like real estate, where the "official" price will stand for now, artificially, but in reality is a sucker bet. If you view that 50% immediate devaluation as soon to be reality ( look at how far gas guzzlers dropped in price in the 70/80's ), that could help your investment decision. I understand prices are Full Retard. Just saying it is artificial-although I never would have guessed it would have lasted ten years.
DeleteYes, the entire edifice structures of the system are corrupt. The deal with the Devil that one must make to be able to get by in society and systems is the bitter necessary pill. Play the game legit to continue to use credit wisely for your furtherance economically which will benefit your ability to prep.
ReplyDeleteIf a crisis in your sphere cuts you down and you must bankruptcy scorch earth get out of a jam then do so, after professional consultations. Just don't jump and road flare the mortgaged liened assets fleeing to the Ted K hills too early. The systems may limp along a few decades, and actions done, may in the future stop-block you from necessary reinteractions with services or commerce.
Just like shadow bans, social scores, etc there will be stricter refusal of services policies, utilizing big data, to wall off your smart ass deplorable castes. Those with the excessive expressions of libertarianism or are serial late due date offenders shall be deemed risks or unsuitable for business, services, access.
Stay gray man with feet/presence in multiple realms/spheres in case one version cancels the other out of existence. True survivalism.
Ah, Teddy, we miss your decades too early Luddite warnings. You were correct of course, by genus's are never recognized in their own time.
Delete“If my little deserted island economy has $27 on it”
ReplyDeleteExcept for the inhabitants of Gilligan’s island. Where the Skipper clearly had plenty of food, Gilligan had plenty of pot, Ginger had plenty of outfits, the Howell’s had suitcases of cash, and the professor had plenty of electronic components, to create high tech gadgets to rescue them, that never worked. And the folks that accidentally stumbled upon the island every week, that then found a way to get off without the inhabitants knowledge, had plenty of reasons to forget to send help their way :D
It’s hard to believe that there was a time not so long ago, that folks were not so sophisticated, and this was considered good television. Yet, as bad as it was, it still beats today’s PC, feminist, magical minority, turd burglar and tranny trash. Unlike the saved by the bell reboot (Which now features a “trans-girl”) I hope like hell they don’t reboot growing pains, or it could very well end up being renamed “ass pains” after Mike gets an unexpected surprise from his friend “Boner” the first time that he makes the mistake of bending over in front of him :D
I don't think folks lacked sophistication, but rather that TV was views as an escape mechanism. No one actually believes a barefoot guy walks on burning hot sand ( Kung Fu ) or the moon gets blasted out of its orbit. They just enjoyed the story. Then, Hollywood started trying to reeducate us instead of entertain us. I mean, it was ALWAYS propaganda, but it went from entertaining propaganda to simply propaganda. Haven't seen Gilligan's since high school ( my buddy had cable ) and I never thought of all the improbabilities you mention. I just laughed like an idiot.
Delete“No one actually believes a barefoot guy walks on burning hot sand ( Kung Fu )”
DeleteNo. But if you told me that the kung fu dude was found swinging by a rope, in a Bangkok hotel closet, with a vibrator buried up his ass, I’d believe you :D
Sadly, I think the incident was actually beneficial for the tourism industry in that city :)
DeleteJust saw that kung fu dood in a 50's Glenn Ford cowboy flik the other night and when I first saw his face that was the very thing I thought about. In that flik he beat and raped an injun squaw played by Barbara Hershey whom I believe Carradine was married to or had a long term fling with. I guess she's a little kinky too.
DeleteWith a last name like that, kink is almost guaranteed.
DeleteAnything on TV that shows POZ gets dropped instantly by me. I was enjoying the series Lucifer (the Devil gets sick of running Hell so he goes to Earth to live). Enjoyable. He's banging a lot of hot chicks so there's always a new attractive girl to see. Then one day it comes out that he's bisexual. Stopped watching it that very instant.
DeleteWhy support (by watching) something created by people that hate you?
I know the moment which you speak. Left me a bit queasy. They pretty much dropped that subject quickly thereafter. Alas, Netflix took it over and the last two episodes of the last season were disappointing in tonal change. So, you didn't miss much by dropping it.
DeleteLord Bison, Please tell us more about this cook's helper, Philippe, who you tantalize us with.
ReplyDeleteIs there a tie-in Kwai Chang Caine, the Shaolin monk?
As far as bankruptcy, the bankers may have created debt from thin air but you got a real, solid product or service for willingly playing in devil's workshop.
Pay your debts. Don't be the 5 yr old who, when facing a whipping, whines "but so & so did it TOO..."
My contention is that paying the debt makes you act like a five year old, believing in Santa Claus and the tooth fairy.
DeleteI have to agree with Anon()() here. James, the way to avoid your moral dilemma is to avoid all credit. Whatever you want to buy, pay cash. If you must use a credit card, commit to paying the balance down to zero every month. Problem solved, and now you don't have to do mental gymnastics to justify avoiding your obligations.
DeleteRomans 14:11
I know this is like all contentious arguments. I'm just trying to bring different perspectives. Just ask yourself this. If you cannot cheat a thief, are you going to be able to kill women and children to save your own? Isn't that what we are doing here, practice for the Final Game? Everyone must do what they feel right, so no wrong answers. Just food for thought
DeleteIf you view banks as being like casinos- all the rules set up to insure the house wins in the end and you lose- then if someone finds a way to quit when ahead and leave with more money than they entered with, do you declare them immoral? Are they obligated to stay and play the game til they lose? Declaring bankruptcy is often a path to leaving the use of credit behind. Telling someone they shouldn’t have gone to a casino after they are inside is not the immediate solution, it is just preaching. The quickest way out of the casino sometimes is declaring bankruptcy.
DeleteJames,
DeleteThis sprang to mind, with your comment on the final game with women and children.
Y'all enjoy, and what would you do?
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=rYl0YzK_y68
Thanks, I'll get to it in a minute
DeleteOkay, I did see that one. Recommended. A bit of a "hook at the end" as you would see in a short story, but very well done nonetheless.
Delete4:31-yeah, it helps nuke your credit score, but beware. Plenty of lenders actually like bankruptcy as they now have seven years of interest to charge before you can file again. At 25% interest, they still make their money back twice even if you never touch the principle.
DeleteAh, bankers - pulling the strings since Shakespeare's time.
ReplyDeleteWhere they as big of A-holes as the lawyers were then? Am I remembering that correctly, Shakespeare's "first we hang all the lawyers" ?
DeleteBankruptcy only makes sense if you have some asset(s) you are trying to hang onto. House, car, 401k, things like that. In some states the house is immune anyway.
ReplyDeleteIf you don't have these things, just drop off the grid for 7 years and you're fine.
Not sure how sound that advice is-research what happens if you are caught. What if a cop pulls you over while you are on a shopping trip into town? What are the consequences?
DeleteNothing. The key is to have nothing. Live like you have for years. Making less than the US poverty rate for an individual which is less than 10 grand a year.
DeleteThere are no more debtor's prisons. No bounty hunter cares about a guy making a few k a year and eating out of dumpsters.
I know all this because I've been there. I lived it. It's pretty sound advice.
And that's why we can't have nice things :)
Delete
