WHITE WARRIOR PORN
I don’t know why I keep
going back to the Western Rifleman ( actually, Western Rifle Shooters
Association, but I shorthand ) site.
They are adamantly Evil Muslim paradigm and militia porn. Now, as I’ve said before, I’m not saying that
Muslims AREN’T against western civilization and want to kill us all. They probably are and do. After all, tribes are taking over from nation
states ( the recent setbacks in Catalonia and Kurdistan and the like are just
part of the dying process as the power of the state waxes and wanes ) and
Muslims can be tribal at times ( although like Christianity it can splinter
into infighting-follow the money ). What
I dislike about the religious like adherence to the fear is that it buys into
the American Empire propaganda.
*
How much public treasure
was wasted and blood shed over making the evil communists the new evil Nazi’s? Just so that the military industrial complex
was maintained? Remember, it isn’t just
because a few greedy corporations are screwing us ( and no, Liberal Lucy,
socialism is not the answer, because then we end up with high taxes AND
corporate greed, rather than just one or the other ). Military spending literally got us out of the
Great Depression and military spending became the economy. Period.
And never stopped and won’t stop until the actual crash kills the
central bank and the oil age.
*
When the Evil Empire, the
Soviet Union went ahead and acted like big ol’ dinguses and collapsed ( which
would be like repealing all gun control for the NRA or cancer getting cured for
those Think Pink charities ), the military industrial complex was threatened. What happens when vested powerful interests
are threatened? People die. I love how the unthinking parrot the
propaganda. “Oh, we are mighty and
righteous and we saved France and they owe us”.
No, sorry. Hundreds of thousands
of Doughboys died for JP Morgan.
*
We loaned the allies a lot
of money ( just purely coincidentally I’m sure, from the just created Federal
Reserve Bank ) and if Germany won, which they very well would have after the
Russians stopped fighting, then all those loans would have been defaulted
on. We didn’t go to war to save France
and Britain, we went to war to guarantee our war loans. And we helped squeeze the German economy to
pay back those loans.
Did we care that this set
the stage for WWII? Of course not. More bank loans, this time to our government
which was much safer, and more fighting.
The government actually exceeded the percentage of GDP in loans then
than it has now ( the difference being we could afford the interest on the loan
back then ).
*
We didn’t go to war to
save France in WWII, we went to war to save the elite from going broke in the
economic collapse they created to get more rich. Ring a bell?
And we weren’t fighting their colonial war in Vietnam for any other
reason than military spending was good for the economy. We saw a economic contraction, we picked a
fight in Vietnam. Those fifty-five
thousand deaths? Hump you, conscript
peasants. You had to die to make the
rich richer. There were a lot fewer
deaths than previously because saving other lives was also very profitable (
basically, “life flight” times tens of thousands ).
*
We fought for the economy,
not for the “vulnerable domino in the way of the evil communists”. We didn’t count on our energy supply and our
economy contracting because of the war ( well, in step with the war, not
because of it-the economy was in trouble which was why the war began ). So, since then, no more conventional wars
were affordable or even feasible. Our
nuclear umbrella wasn’t cheap, but it was the only way our broke asses didn’t
get invaded. You know, kind of like the
North Koreans or Iranians think, strategy wise.
Since the economic crash during Vietnam, we only fight Small Wars ( it
wasn’t because we lost. We lost the
Korean War. Winning or losing wasn’t
important, but how we paid for the game ).
*
Not fighting wars during
the 90’s ( other than Somalia and Serbia, about par for the course compared to
the late 70’s and the 80’s ) wouldn’t normally have been a problem, but we also
weren’t fighting a Cold War, which cut down military spending. We did start victimizing the domestic
population, and spread out into bases in the former Soviet territories, but
that wasn’t good for the long haul. We
needed a new Forever War. So we got the
Muslim War. That was great the first
decade, back to our wild spending ways ( must secure all soft targets
domestically and at the same time fight in the Sandbox ).
*
And it is true there was a
need to also save the economy after we wired the country with fiber optics and
then the idiots at Pets.com and Enron and similar ( the precursor to FaceButt
and Amazon and Google ) crashed the markets with zero valuation billion dollar
companies. It isn’t JUST always about
the military, but the military spending as a means of creating demand in the
economy. When, again unthinkingly
parroting the propaganda, people spew about us fighting another World War, they
are on the right track insofar as military spending saves the economy every
time growth is endangered, but they confuse desire with ability.
*
We couldn’t fight a
conventional war since Vietnam due to our economic downturn and then our energy
contraction. And the same is even more
true today when you add in our inability to pay for more loans to fight the
war. What we have in the middle east is
a garrison force in combat, not a full size war. We can’t afford those anymore, not
easily. And this doesn’t even account
for our decline in return on this conflict.
Rather than merely military spending to goose an otherwise imploding
economy, this time we are losing our ability to take on debt due to the
declining participation in the PetroDollar.
*
In short, there is a
supreme need to vilify and fight Muslims, as the very survival of our empire is
on the line. Continued tomorrow.

I once had a respected member of the defense industry tell me "it is welfare for the rich and well educated" I think he was right!
ReplyDeleteExactly, just as Food Stamps are welfare for Monasoto and Cargail ( spellings? ) and Wal-Mart.
DeleteGood stuff, you won't find elsewhere without some extreme digging. You snatch the entire husk off the ear of corn exposing the nasty underbelly in the center. Take no prisoners!
ReplyDeleteI hear ya about WRSA, it gets tiresome at times but I keep going back every couple days and occasionally leave a remark of logic and 2 or 3 will say "Me too!" but most just say, "Bring it, I'm ready for some raghead stew!" Embarrassing.
Pete, the sysop, and me go way back, to the mid-late 90's in the good ol' newsgroup days. alt.clinton.impeach.whitewater, etc.
Do you know a dood named Billy Beck? Heavy ideological guy that was instrumental back in those days for converting people like myself, Pete, and many others. Like what you did in this article, Beck did in philosophy and he did it in a backhanded manner where he didn't give a shit if you got it or not. In the 00's he developed a blog that I frequented then a few years ago he dropped off the map. Beck was interviewd one time by a major news source (Hannity?), can't remember who, and he said, "All politics now is simply dress rehearsal for full scale civil war." jethro klintin was listening and a couple weeks later used those exact same words in an interview with Charley Rose. eery shit, no? It was well established back then that hitlary klintin was ghosting/trolling that newsgroup and laying anti-propaganda stuff all over the place in various aliases. Lots of bare knuckle brawling going on back then, and then the innertoobz with the increasing self censoring came along and killed it off. Now just about everybody is triggered for the slightest deviation and most people are acting like they're standing around the watercooler with the boss lurking right around the corner. ...pisswillies...
Never heard of Billy Beck. A shame, he sounds passionate enough to read. But then, I'd have gotten used to him and then he disappears and goes to live down near Fred in Old Mexico and I'd have lost an author I loved. Writers are like wives. A hole in your life when they leave you. Except for me, I'd wager there will be quite the celebration before my corpse goes cold :)
DeleteBeck no longer contributes to his blog but he continues to make it's archives available to others, try this one on and see how it fits:

Thanks, appreciate it.
DeleteWe (your readers) will only be celebrating your parting, *after* we find you buried wheat caches! :-D
DeleteHa! Good call :)
DeleteI agree with your point about how we are all (world wide) becoming more tribal. I think it'll ultimately be a good thing.
ReplyDeleteOh, I completely agree. The scary part is, are we part of the changing process that will be scary and deadly? And our descendents won't think twice how they got there from here.
DeleteAnd our descendents won't think twice how they got there from here.
DeleteActually this has long been a pet theory of mine also. That we've devolved many times from high civilization back to the tribal level. Forever losing our tech ? Each time ,the common man deriding science, tech and history to the back burner.
All energy and thought relegated to only food...
One generation is all it takes, living at the tribal level to erase all our modern toys. We've educated the whole of humanity , to be consumers. When the producers are no more...the consumers will devour every last scrap before realizing the producers are no more.
I'm not sure if you are speaking of Dark Ages, or have something else in mind such as a total reversion to near savagery. I think there are still ratchet technologies, agriculture being one, as is metal work. The scale alone changes. Germ theory should be, in theory, a ratchet tech. So many resources wasted on BS science ( don't get me started on Gore Warming "consensus science because that's where the money is" ) but perhaps some cherry picking areas of expertise that actually benefit us will survive. I guess my point is, can we fall too far down in order and organization and knowledge? Not having resources is one thing, but wouldn't there still be fundamental retention on a very small scale? For instance, even if all the dirt is dead, there will still be some farming. Did we go backwards in plow design? Even if one area did, wasn't it reintroduced from elsewhere, a site that still retained the know how? A fascinating topic, but hard to study as you only see bits and pieces everywhere. Unless you have a good reference source for me?
DeleteI’d love to see a financial alaysis if Walmart, Kroger etc (basically any publically traded company) that accepts Food Stamps and have their revenues adjusted to remove revenues from Food Stamps. Then see if there is any actual growth in net income or if growth is only related to increased welfare spending. Maybe if I get bored over Christmas..
ReplyDeleteThat would be interesting. I wonder if you'd need to start at 2009 when the economy really went to crap, plus the numbers started picking up when Obammy ride in on his white horse with green shoots.
DeleteLooks like Walmart is stepping up their game, and plans to stay in it for the long haul. I also saw a blurb the other day on how they now employ up to 200k veterans. There you go Jim. You can work there and get cheap Chinese stuff at cost with your employee discount. They’re always looking for greeters :D
ReplyDelete"In the future, we think we will be able to keep some of our customers' homes in-stock the way that we keep stores in-stock today," McMillon said. "Customers can choose any of these service levels and pay for the speed they desire." The CEO acknowledged that customers "want options all the time." He also made it clear that Wal-Mart does not have to perfectly predict what the mix will be in the future.
"Instead, we have to build the capabilities to provide the service they want more efficiently than others," he said.”

Sounds like Vaporware. How far off are they from the Magical Amazon Drone Army Of Home Delivery? Not going to happen. And this BS about the customer spending more if they also shop online? Sounds like a roll back on physical inventory in the stores. Wally fooled me once, shame on them. Twice? I'll be damned. Hump the horse they rode in on.
DeleteWell, in either event, you probably would have made a better Walmart greeter than Dick Cheney 😀

What was wrong with his greeting? No one is going to say anything, the hunting section with shotguns is just a minute away. :)
