RADIO SILENT SOON
Yesterday, I gushed
about C5, Green Mountain Dude. Today, a shout out to someone I used
to plug, Survival Prepping For Normal People. I've always liked Kyle
( I THINK I'm remembering his name correctly, and I'm going to use
that because “SurvPrep4NormPeeps” is way too much to type over
and over again. I wish these people would stop and think how their
names effect me personally ). I did stop watching Patreon channels
there for a time, the funding going to Kindle Unlimited. But KU has
really gotten sucky and I need all the input I can get on Beer
Virus/econ collapse.
*
So I'm back watching
Pastor Joe and Kyle again. I wanted to follow Mountain Guerrilla,
but his output went to crap quickly after he went to all Patreon.
NOT what I signed up for. But I'll gladly profess my mistake if he
changes. Orlov keeps disappointing me with his huge implosion of
writing, but I can't NOT subscribe to him. His are all gems, however
rare. And it hurts me to say that as he has the personality of a
rock ( but as they say, your brain surgeons bedside manner isn't all
that important ).
*
So, Kyle finally got
around to a Beer Flu update. And it did cause my sphincter to pinch
tight ( fun filled fact-beached whales can “explode” because of
the thick blubber holding in decomposing gases AND because their
orifices are extra tight due to swimming at great depths ). It seems
that there are 360,000 fuzzy foreigners from China enrolled in our
universities. A lot of them went home for the lunar year
festivities. Then came back as the WHO and CDC were soft pedaling
the dangers. Oopsie! We could have tens of thousands of Patient
Zero's spread across our country.
*
When I was bitching and
moaning about “Mammon Before Health”, I had no idea it was THIS
bad. Sweet Jumping Jesus On A Pogo Stick! Then, Kyle went on
talking about how a town near the Air Force Base in California was
targeted for the spillover of quarantined patients. Without the city
being notified ( they sued the state and Federals to try for an
injunction ). Then, South Korea is doubling its cases daily, and
that does NOT conform to the “super carrier” myth. In short,
when I said “they always lie”, I had no idea it would be this bad
this quick.
*
And on South Korea, not
only will we get better numbers than from China, under similar
circumstances, Kyle mentioned that his job of heavy construction (
not buildings, but entire plants ) had a LOT of parts from South
Korea. We've already heard of issues with Japan and such. It looks
like the entire Asian manufacturing industry is going to be shut
down. Not just Chinese. This video was on February 23rd,
and Kyle was estimating a one to two week time period before things
really go to crap in a big way. I can only surmise, I'm surprised it
isn't moving faster down the flush pipe.
*
I said I was even more
frightened after this video. I am. It almost seems the US is doing
everything it can to place “sleeper cells” everywhere. I had
heard about the New Jersey cruise ship that kicked off its
potentially infected passengers with unseemly haste ( is this how you
want to infect the biggest US population zone? Because THAT is how
you do it ), and then the video got no more notice ( shades of 9/11
and the initial reporting completely at odds with the official story
). Now we hear the US has officially uncounted cases it is trying to
hide among the population from the military bases.
*
I guess they were a
little rash with all those domestic base closings right after the
Cold War. Thanks a lot, Clinton! They wanted to use a closed down
nursing home in the middle of the city. Great security, there! I
knew the US numbers were as boldly untrue as the Chinese ones, I just
didn't realize we were talking thousands to tens of thousands,
already. Do I think Whitey is suddenly in danger? Not necessarily,
although I'm trying not to let anything surprise me on the Beer Flu
now ( whether I succeed or not... ). I think that while it is
primarily a Asian High Body Count disease, everyone else can catch it
( it is just less fatal ). I can't know for sure of course.
*
That is just my Spidey
Sense, my Lizard Brain warning. If the US has “seeded” this
disease far and wide, through its usually flagrant incompetence and
budget cutting ( I don't REALLY think they are good enough to pull
off a Super Evil Plan ), that just means the panic and widespread
civil unrest go Full Nuclear a LOT quicker. I was just looking for
an economic collapse panic here. Now? Flu Panic. Since everyone is
ignoring this, Happy Motoring as usual, they will be working until
the last minute. Pandering to a paycheck and helping to spread the
filth.
*
The economic collapse
is going to be quick. I have always maintained this. I just don't
know how that interacts with a flu panic. For some reason, in my
minds eye I'm seeing all the cheesy mass panics Hollywood's ever
slapped on the screen in zombie and nuclear war films. You know the
type, instant panic, no time line between notification and going Full
Feral. I'm not convinced this can even be reality, it is just my
Fight Or Flight response panicking and going worse case.
*
And, as it seems the
government always picks the exact worst decision tree responses, you
know they won't help matters. I'm thinking specifically about the
Internet Kill Switch of Obammy fame. When the normal lies and
omission from the Lame Stream Media don't work ( or, are perceived to
not be working ), do they just kill the Internet? After all, it was
always meant to be a corporate unemployment tool ( after a certain
point from its military origins ). If all the companies are failing,
why allow the proles to stay informed?
*
The Internet did double
as a great circus to distract everyone. Some of us hijacked it as an
alt-media, bypassing the printing and postage requirements, even
earning a casual income from it. The second part is already under
assault, but what about everyone almost chemically dependent on the
InterWeb? Talk about withdrawal. And, not only are you withdrawing
the reality mask, the anti-depressant drugs no longer coming from
China are also going to contribute to mass hysteria.
*
We can already guess
all voices or reason and warning, such as mine, are going to be a
threat and silenced. But to do that the plug must be completely
pulled. Care to guess how such vital activities as credit/debit card
processing are going to be carried out? Just losing Netflix, low
information voters are going to be losing their collective crap. It
won't be pretty. None of it. Have fun!

ReplyDeleteThanks DB that's good to know. We have thousands of oak trees and bazillions of acorns. The trick is to get em before the squirrels do. Wasteful bastids, they take one bote, throw it down and grab another.
DeleteI'm both amused and appalled at every government around the worlds handling of KungFlu. Even though the latest evidence is it stays dormant for longer than 14 days every government (except DPRK where it's a month) talks as if their 14 day quarantines are, whilst tough are also fair.
ReplyDeleteIf you're looking for great info with humour about Coronachan chase up mirror of livestreams from Mister Meketour. Just go by date.
Oh yeah, it appears that KungFlu spreads even more virulently from fecal transmission (up to 200 yards... that's further than I can shoot). That means the homeless camps are centers of doom and India is .... well.....
Hopefully this all is a nothingburger but sheesh.
It cannot be planned or intentional, this level of stupidity almost everywhere. Perhaps the nation state is THAT past its pull date.

ReplyDeleteFor what its worth, I haven't encountered any of that.
DeleteI was at the local Lowe's picking up some drywall today.
ReplyDeletePlace was jam packed with folks buying typical spring project stuff.
I had gotten a deal on some R-30 insulation so I lowered my ceiling about a foot and now have like eighteen inches total.
Really made a huge difference to double what was up there.
Gotta maybe get ready to go without that AC eh ?
Yeah it mostly seems the public is blissfully going about like nothing's happening. Either that...or was all that traffic panic stocking up ?
Perhaps they went there to buy spring supplies, just happened to look in the area for masks, on the down low, no need panicking the livestock or wife. I guess the HI ( and CA, WA, NYC ) warehouse stores are hard hit. I'd be extra worried living on an island.
DeleteYeah , even tho masks are only to help prevent you from spreading germs not so much help to prevent inhaling them.
DeleteThey give out surgical masks at the VA , and have dispensers all around the hospital. I long ago started snagging a handful every time I had to go there. Got tons lol...
Remember way back when, you collected books of matches from everywhere you shopped? Free prepping. Real handy when the Soviet ICBM's were landing LOL
DeleteTurd Virus travels 200 yards? Well shit! We know its here s Washington is under a state of emergency and closed at least one school. Word is a local gulf coast lab has had some positive tests. I listen to John on the prepared mind. He has some decent rants and insights. I think the whole "China isn't exporting anything" will really hurt the world economy.
ReplyDeleteThe hair looks amazing Boss!
Sometimes I feel like a women, trying to perfect the hair. Straight sides? Taper? Length on top? If I didn't have a fan base to please, I'd go back to single buzz cut. You are all welcome
DeleteCity of Las Vegas is >also< providing bus tickets to homeless chaps so as to go "back home" -or- elsewhere. There will surely be some 'exodus riders' heading to cooler northern locales for the summer, probably Elko county and such. Social services sisters will give them a box lunch, prepaid phone, stipend seed money shopping card, thrift store clothes and away they go. They'll provide their own beer viruses upon arrival, no extra charge. Enjoy the new neighbors along with that collapsing thing.
ReplyDeleteNo, won't be pretty at all. Anedotally field report, the clark county school district (las vegas) is now providing free breakfast to all students. (Lunch is subsidized massively as well) Yep, there is @ 319,000 of them. Probably half are true poor kids with not much at home. Once the gov't daycare and feeding centers close due to quarantine, the leaches will freak out majorly, then the wheels fall off the rest of the rickety wagon. Looking forward to it at this point actually. Enjoy the collapse.
ReplyDeleteI think Nevada is in the top 15 worse off pension funds. It won't just be the OtherColor crack babies without grape soda.
DeleteDid I ever tell you about my "Rule of 8"? I figured it out about 20 years ago. In EVERYTHING the gov't says, take it times 8, to find out the real number. Not 2, not 4. 8 If the gov't says 1 US citizen has died from the beer virus then 8 died. In 8 different states. I'm tellin' ya man, the crimes this gov't has committed are stratospheric in world history. When it's finally over it will be century's if ever that things get back to civility.
ReplyDeleteWe might never return to civility, but like they say about enemies ( with friends like these... )
DeleteCivility ? We haven't had that since the day the music died...
DeleteThat wasn't the default plan? :)
DeleteI suppose for some it is
DeleteI know you'll cluck and give me a stern look with a head shake, but sometimes I actually miss the good old days of being lead around by my junk, the little brain in charge. There was a Zen simplicity to it.
DeleteNaw , I can relate but was fortunate to have someone that kept that beast satisfied until all its demand let off.
DeleteNow days look back and reflect on how fleeting it all was.
Youth, health, sex, all fleeting. But the love you can keep until the end.
DeleteIndeed , too bad so few realize this at 25 eh.
DeleteI'm sure you were an outlier at 25, having been kicked in the nuts by life, but me? At 25 I was dumber than a box of hammers. I'm not sure how many thousands of books I'd read by then, and still stupider than I had any right to be and still live.
DeleteOh no doubt , by 25 I'd lived through many experiences. Some of them being drop kicked indeed. Got to learn how to focus much earlier than most do...
DeleteOff topic, just started reading Class Of 1989. Jack Hunt. I think Large Marge recommended. Anyway, good writer, and I'm very fussy with PA. If you already haven't, check him out. I bring it up if you are still reading daily.
DeleteOf course I'm still reading daily. I'm still breathing...
DeleteSorry, blond geriatric moment LOL
