ENERGY IS MORE THAN GAS
OR MONEY
Whenever I read my
normal daily Doomer Porn Reports ( ever never in all of ever do I
watch LameStrean Media, and only rarely do I even think about
visiting PopUp Circus sites such as ZeroHedge ), you always get the
standard advice that “the stock market is not the economy” one
week and then the following week I read how one sign of the imminent
collapse is the overvaluation of the stock market. Look, people, I
know it is hard to come up with new material every day, but can we
please stop applying the brakes in the middle of the Information
Highway whenever something shiny distracts you?
*
Those gapping twats
over at MADD are desperate to retain their funding now that most
drivers are locked up the first time they register one sip of beer (
I sympathize with the founders stance but disagree with its continued
existence by any means ) and are probably pushing for No Cell Phone
laws and No Eating Laws and whatever, but all this wasted effort
would have been avoided if they had just started with No Stupidity
Laws. I still maintain that more road accidents involve Morons At
The Wheel than drunks.
*
And Morons At Computers
are even more dangerous, since every swinging dingus dumbass is
allowed free speech. Hey, I'm all for free speech, especially with
certain Cali Companies PC'ing up the InterWeb, but more people have
been killed by Collectivist Idiots voting against the Constitution
than even got trampled by someone hollering Fire in a crowded
theater. If we must have “common sense” gun control, how about
“common sense” speech control against Freedom Haters? ( I'm being
sarcastic, not literal )
*
No, like good little
consumers, we must practice Buyer Beware when it comes to all the
offal filling the Internet. Doomer Porn sites are inherently full of
crap, as everyone pushes an agenda. Most of it is of course, “remain
calm and prepper on”. Be a tiny bit afraid, but don't you dare
question the basic validity of the system! Three months expenses, a
few months of food ( and by the way, make that pantry as complicated
as possible to push up prices hence profit ). The most expensive
plastic carbines, because money always equates to performance and
security. Challenge these assumptions upon pain of death.
*
How many prepper gurus
question basic auto ownership? None. Rural is good and personal
motor vehicle ownership is part of 'Muricanism ( fake food sausage,
circus entertainment professional sports, genetically modified fruit
pie and government bailout Chevy ). How many preppers support no bag
limits on Blue Helmets followed by a complete energy sector recovery
as soon as Republicans let business Drill, Baby, Drill? Do they even
hear themselves? Do you know what you get when you add finite
resources with American hubris and innovation? Crap STILL running
out. And Republicans? Really? The party founded to preserve the
Union and usurp all States rights?
*
Even among “my
people”, I'm surrounded by wishful thinking and denial. Not
stupidity. Not ignorance ( except for the willful kind ). Most
minions are most likely smarter than I am. My analysis is from
personality type, not intelligence, and any knowledge is from
excessive repetition of subject matter exposure. I'm surrounded by
smart people. But so are college professors. They WANT to act
stupid, even when they are not, in order to stay comfortably numb.
Not that I'm immune. I act like another bucket of food, which helps
me sleep that night, will save me.
*
No, not really. Not
being around crowds would do that. All I'm doing right now is
stocking up for someone else that is a better shot than I am. I know
how it is to live in denial, so don't take this as a personal attack.
Take it as a collective group criticism. We ALL live in denial,
which we mistook for a river over in Egypt. The stock market doesn't
matter-it only is a shadow of the economy, and a very distorted one.
The oil IS running out. And what you consider energy is just a pale
reflection of our needed inputs.
*
Gasoline is to energy
what the stock market is to the economy. Just a shadow. The folks
stripping the copper wiring from the condemned house that WAS our
economy are very careful to trick us all. Even the Doomer Guru's.
“Oh, I KNOW the stock market is rigged, but gee, if it crashes so
will our economy”. “Our energy independence is reflected by the
supply of cheap gasoline. Adjusted for inflation, why, it is cheaper
than twenty-five years ago!”. This is analysis based on
propaganda, and the sucker is all of us buying into this big steaming
pile of dung.
*
The bankers control the
economy. It isn't Internationalists or Communists or One World
Order-ists, it is the central bankers. Whether that is solely the
Rothschild's or a cabal once organized by them, or them and local
partners is immaterial. The bankers, which invented capitalism to
their benefit ( how hard was it to find an Adam Smith and offer him a
book deal? Chump change and the payoff was centuries of
self-delusion by the masses. Same for Marx. Yes, two sides of the
same coin, social control wise ), control that system. Which
includes deluding YOU.
*
We have been deluded
our entire lives. And it isn't hard. Don't take it personally,
because it is simple human nature to live as such. If it wasn't the
Rothschild's deluding you, it would be your family and tribe. We
don't actually work WITHOUT being deluded. All I'm trying to point
out is that prepping isn't easy. It certainly isn't as easy as
throwing money at the problem. It isn't as easy as STUFF. It
requires you to dedicate a LOT of brainpower towards deprogramming
yourself. And whenever I end up sounding bitter or condescending or
impatient, just ignore me. It took me decades just to reach the
point I know I'm deluded and need to fight it.
*
That is ALL you can
do-just fight constantly against your natural programming enough to
get to the point you can just see enough of a fuzzy glimpse of the
truth to use it to your advantage in survival. Like, we KNOW
everyone lies to us. But we don't know which are lies and which are
our own observations. A lot of what you see is what your brain was
taught, seeing THAT. If all your life your parents and teachers and
bosses taught you that gender doesn't matter, that is EXACTLY how
your brain interrupts EVERYTHING around you supporting that
contention. That is what you actually see.
*
And while you mock the
Gender Same meme, you have the same but different hang-ups and
misconceptions and faulty “realities”. You think Capitalism
Magic/Good, Technology Always Better, Innovation Always Provides, and
a whole bunch of other teaching stuffed into your little brain pan
without your awareness, in the effort to benefit others. As I said,
this is human nature. Don't think it reflects on your intelligence.
It wouldn't have always worked if it went against human nature.
*
I'm just getting warmed
up. Continued tomorrow.

note: boots on the ground report from Hong Kong. It seems the protest movement is largely composed of children of Vietnamese refugees ( from the Vietnam War era ). I know, they all look the same :) Perhaps this was the "in" the US intelligence services used?
*
note: well, the next season of The Walking Dead is on Netflix now. I watched three episodes and so far am cautiously optimistic they won't repeat season eights Gawd Awfulness. Of course, it is really Politically Correct ( it could be my imagination, but it seems way more than normal for the series ). Whenever a Black male steps into frame, it seems all the White girls get weak at the knees and start gushing into their panties. The carpet lickers are also out in full force. At least that butthole Carl is dead and we don't have to hear his whining ( and I'm ready for Rick to get the hell gone. He's almost as bad ). As usual, slower than molasses on a cold tin roof, but at least that is normal. We'll see how it progresses.

A pre 1964 quarter is worth $3.34 today. Back in the day 1960's you could buy a gallon of gas for $.29 ( gas war price in Peoria Ill.)a gallon. That same gallon now goes for $2.20 as of yesterday in N Texas. So gas is cheaper today than it was back in the 1960's when stated in silver not dollars. I do agree with you that the return on investment sucks, and most of the easily found oil is gone, but it is what it is.
ReplyDeleteToday's gasoline is a gift to the Deplorables. The fracking is the bankers lending fake money to get more real energy ( and makes sense in a Eating Seed Corn scenario ) to keep the economy afloat ( at this point it is all fake fuel and Dangerous Derivatives keeping USS Titanic adrift ). Ethanol is corporate welfare for BigAg. Between the two, fuel is below cost for us. Enjoy while it lasts.
DeleteIf you removed the subsidies from cars and driving, gas would cost something like $12 a gallon and cars would cost 2X-3X as much. Enjoy it while it lasts, indeed!
DeleteI calculated fuel at twice, barely factoring in military spending. 25% of the government spending so your dumb asses can drive your SUV's around ( granted, non-drivers need the system to eat, but I'm being hyperbolic, dammit! )
DeleteFollowing. Along with the post energy themes, I do not know why there are surplus wild horses rounded up by the blm and wharehoused-ranched off of the ranges. Instead of the so called "WOKE" preppers overinvesting in atv and scooter transport or hyper testosterone lifted trucks, they should be adopting up all those blm surpluses and getting those horsemanship skills and boarding care infrastructures in place. If those with the land space and minimal abilities, they could easily transition back to a precrude, unelectrified future much better. Getting ahead of the curve on the overlooked probables, is more essential than ghost guns and flir scopes.
ReplyDeleteHorses are expensive as hell to keep, feeding them civilized food. The yuppie scum were letting them go to wander onto the freeway after 2008. guns, and even FLIR scopes are much cheaper. Keeping a car, if done reasonably, is a hella lot cheaper than keeping a horse. Being a rancher, even free range feeding, is an effort at losing money. There is a reason we were all herded into this golden corral.
DeleteLook up the bicycle craze of the 1890s or so. The bicycle was a revelation; it was "the horse you didn't have to feed", and for a while it was the fasted vehicle. There was a "good roads" campaign because of bicyclists.
DeleteHorses 'n' oxen and so on are good for heavy loads, but for the average Joe Blow, a bike with a small bike trailer can do a ton.
Now, if things get to the point where bike frames and most importantly, good quality wheels, can't be made now we're back to horses and walking.
Given the expense, distance and rarity of natural rubber, tires are petroleum based. Another point of failure at the end of the Oil Age.
DeleteHong Kong is a cia operation (arab spring example) of formented uprising to underbelly groin kick China along with tarriff / economic type warfares. It is part of the larger conflict for resources, trade routes, global dominance, etc. There is shadow warfare going on everywhere, all the time. It will be soon when frenemies and outright adversaries bring in the spicy times in exchange for uncle sam's naughtiness over the decades to your neighborhoods. Just because.
ReplyDeleteThe wandering dead type t.v. series, though having prepper survivalist themed situational scenarios for interest attention grabbing abilities, looses any critical thinking person's interest when romance, and sjw themes are macro script written into plot lines. Yawn. Put mute button on until fight scenes, otherwise read or do something constructive in interims.
At first, I thought TWD theme would veer into Low Tech goodness. Now, not so sure. All I ask is it holds my interest. It is only one week out of the year, so, meh. Not sacrificing much hoping for a nugget or two. Of course, what kind of nugget is open to interpretation :)
DeleteBison,
ReplyDeleteI like today's article direction.
I see it as a 'pro / con line' down the center of a sheet of paper, with pluses on one side, minuses on the other. The tally helps decide the direction... in that moment.
a)
You say your question is sarcastic, I see it as rhetorical.
Not necessarily necessary, but may stimulate further contemplation.

b)
All of this, this everything I do and own, is in the category:
"Does It Get Me Laid?"
If I 'tribe' with this individual does that increase the success of my youngers successfully reproducing?
If I live here, work there, obtain this, avoid that, do I increase the potential for the people I see as 'better'? And decrease the potential for people I see as 'unnecessary'?
The simple way to say this:
Does this [decision, act, possession] help my ChosenPeople™?
Anything less is masturbation, gesticulating without articulation.

c)
Mothers Against Impaired Driving(sp?) founder Candy Lichner(sp?) lost any credibility after she defended her MAID(sp?) BillionBux salary with the gloating retort:
"Everybody does it!" [paraphrased]
Is she CALIFORNIAN?
That would explain a lot.
"Is She Californian?" HA! That is all ones needs to say. Thank you-made my afternoon.
DeleteBison,
ReplyDeleteA couple days ago, we discussed oat.
Today, the thoughtful folks at Amazon offered me specials on 'Oatregeous Oats'.
What will Amazon require to understand I won't allow oat near my delicate sensitive Caucasian flesh? Some folks might think hiring some northern Korean folks for an Amazon-specific EMP might be considered 'over-kill'...
If I recall correctly, this is the second time this has happened? Is Alexa monitoring your keystrokes? Don't wish bad things on Bezos. He is one of the chosen spymasters. What happened to that bald little gnome we used to love as he sold us books?
DeleteWell said! What thoughts in your head are lies, or are only true for a certain set of circumstances?
ReplyDeleteReality, thankfully, is a good teacher over a long enough time period.
"With enough age comes wisdom, you sicken from a lifetime of stress being a dumb ass, and then you die after nobody listens to you."
DeleteAfter a 40 year career in technology I can relate to this. I can't count the number of times I've jeopardized my career by giving contrarian advice to management not to undertake a certain activity that I can prove from data and historical precedent will end badly. And time and again the input is ignored and the consequences only damage the innocent bystanders (the leaders always seem to escape intact...) In my field we call this "being a salmon" - you spend you whole life swimming upstream against the current only to get screwed and die in the end.
Being a salmon. Perfect! Love it.
