no quarantine

NO QUARANTINE

No Ebola Quarantine Rules now in effect for little more than a desire to avoid lawsuits.  I mean, okay, I can understand this since this is New Jersey we are talking about and despite having an average home property tax of $10k ( which is a bit ridiculous since this IS NJ we are talking about and since The Boss escaped from there forty years ago to sing some rock and roll, nothing good has happened to the place and those kind of taxes for living in NYC’s toilet is a smidge high ) the state is dead ass broke and after a big chunk of the boardwalk took a swim in a mild tidal surge during a hurricane there is no more tourists going there.  They can’t afford a lawsuit, and what are the survivors of Ebola going to do, sue the state for protecting civil rights?  Obammy, NJ Governor’s bestest butt buddy now, will back him up on that one.  Personally, I’ve never heard of such putrid bullcrap.  A nurse goes to Ebola Central to be a good Samaritan, then gets all butt hurt when we prefer she doesn’t come back and start an epidemic.  I’m at pains to figure out if we are just incredible stupid or if the government actually wants all of us to die.

*

I hate conspiracy theories that are taken too seriously.  They are great for entertainment, but not as serious problem analysis.  And yet, this almost makes me wonder if all these Ebola related Evil Plot ideas have merit.  But instead of that, let’s ask another question better attached to reality.  Could this be nothing more than just an unintended consequence?  Here is my two cents worth.  We all know how Ghetto Dwellers get all worked up over anything.  They have definitely carried over their original cultural trait of superstition from the home world and kept it alive for centuries ( which is easy to do when you refuse to assimilate to the new forcibly presented Borg.  I’m not saying I don’t understand the behavior ).  Most likely, just as in West Africa, here in Ghetto’s across the land the inhabitants are convinced Ebola is a government plot to kill them ( or, the reaction to Ebola is, same difference ).  They will riot and burn if quarantine is enacted.   Again, I don’t blame them.  I trust the government about as much.  So, by pacifying the ghettos, the FedGov is inadvertently going to allow Ebola to spread ( IF, a big IF, it does go pandemic ).  It isn’t that they are evil, but blind to their own stupidity.

  1. Okay . . . she' released from NJ then drives herself all the way to Maine? What if she had a car accident along the way and bled all over the EMS workers? Did she stop to use restrooms? Get something to eat? Gas station stops? Odds are she's fine, but why take the chance?

Yes, it's brave and selfless for health care workers to go over to West Africa and fight the Ebola plague. Let's given them a party as soon as they get out of quarantine.

    1. I admire those in the medical profession, but having said that...there is A LOT of voodoo involved, a lot of corporate pressures and a lot of job security crap going on. In short, they are like a lot of other professions that are thinly disguised monopolies. There is a lot of inexcusable behavior, and a lot of plainly BS behavior. These nurses ain't all that and a bag of chips like they think, as shown by this stupid bitch. I love those on a mission to help people, but far too many are in the field for the bucks and are flaming retards with a chip on their shoulder because of it ( I've known a few in my day ).

  2. Lord Bison,
I have been saying for years that Obama would push for an event worthy of instilling Martial Law. I think that was why he pushed race issues to maybe start enough racial unrest. When this Ebola crap started and they brought the first two health care workers back i called in a "Martial Law Started Kit". Can I copyright that?

Anyway something will happen. Ebola, civil strife, another homegrown terrorist event. He's already crashing the economy. He's is destroying the constitutional government. Demonizing patriots. I think things will come to a head before the presidential election if not sooner. If the republicans get the Senate back watch out. Not that they are much different but they have tried to pass some better bills that Harry Ried stopped the senate from voting on.The balance of power will be non-existent.

All the control mechanisms are in place for food and energy. He will starve the masses into compliance and most sheeple will think the government cheese will be a blessing. We are screwed. To speak up of fight back will make you an enemy of the state.

Can we all just come stay at your house?

Great to see you back daily and your hair looks radiant.

    Your Loyal Minion.

    1. I detest the very air Obammy steals from me and wish him an eternity in the lowest bowels of Hell. But, really, if we are rational, was Shrub all that much better? His party was Populist Right and Obammy is Socialist Left but they meet in the middle screwing the Constitution.

  3. I mean what I don't get is everyone getting so damn worked up about it. CLOSE contact and body fluids necessary. Fortunately here are toilets don't go directly to the street where are children play soccer barefooted. So WTF is the giant concern? I mean I don't really put myself in the situation of having someone spit into my mouth.

    1. I'm trying to NOT get worked up about it because we aren't duplicating Medieval Europe or tropical Africa. But this should be a wake up call prep wise even if it sputters. If it was weaponized, it seems about as pathetic as AIDS-pandemic wise.

    2. Until the end stages it seems fairly difficult to transmit. But once at the end stages (and for a while after death) every sneeze, cough, etc. is a transmission vector. Which is why so many healthcare and mortuary workers come down with it so often.
So as it spreads here in the USA *which eventually it is likely to* we will have to deal with the bodies and bodily fluids on the streets. I am thinking extra large Molotov cocktails or improvised flame throwers, or even just super soakers loaded with flammable liquids followed by a bbq lighter.

  4. Ah, missed the Now daily posting post. Bit late to the party... YEAY!!!!

IF this Ebola outbreak is legit, I think that you can only catch it if you are exposed to blood, vomit, and scat. I don't think you can catch it easily by sweat left by a carrier on a door knob.

Outside of West Africa, which has some invasive burial customs, the people catching the virus are healthcare workers. And these healthcare workers "wandered" a bit before being admitted/detained. There has been no secondary contaminations, so far...

    I'm agnostic, so far...

No prob about the WDW stuff. I would of added a bottle of your favorite horse mane hair lovely-locks shampoo/rinse combo but was afraid it would leak and the package be declared Haz-Mat!

    1. If it was declared Ebola laced body fluids it would have been shipped anyway.

  5. O.K.,James, maybe I have bought into a conspiracy theory. There are so many out there that its hard to not stumble into one of the mantraps. But I beg to differ with you, Lord Bison, on whether the irrational dictates on Ebola are the result of blindness rather than evil. I see intentional blindness as evil. Julia
