conceal carry

CONCEAL CARRY

If I were you, I’d be REALLY friggin leery of relying too heavily on concealed carry to protect yourself.  I’m not saying it is a bad idea, I’m saying be very careful and don’t rely on it keeping you out of trouble.  You’ll save your life but you’ll still be jumping from the frying pan into the fire.  It is time to rethink the adage “I’d rather be tried by twelve than carried by six”.

*

Do you Honest Injun really think a jury is going to save your ass?  The last time that happened up in Idaho a crazy hermit dude got a jury that invalidated all the FedGov’s tyrannical bullspit.  After that, the loophole was closed.  Did you realize that you can now be persecuted if you FAIL to disclose you believe in July Nullification ( that is the God Given, Natural, and Common Law right for a jury to fail to convict because they believe the law to be unjust ).  Or if you tell the other jurors about it?  The jury is packed by the System, to protect the system.  End ‘O Story.

*

Any successful organization has an automatic self preservation system in place to ensure its continued existence, be that the Ebola virus or the Federal Government.  You are NOT going to threaten that existence by voting, or serving on a jury or buying a tricked out super Ninja AR-15.  The system protects itself.  So, knowing the Feds won’t allow the States to do anything that threatens it, do you think the laws being passed to allow Concealed Carry are really an increase in your freedom?  All those Legalized Marijuana states allow the continuation of funds towards the Feds.  The DEA et all is still allowed the odd terror raid to retain its training and budget.

*

The Concealed Carry movement is NOT because The Peoples Voice is heard ( HELLLLOOOOO!!!!!!  Does “indefinite detention without trial” ring a friggin bell? ) or because We Are The Freest Nation On Earth.  It is a pacifier Whitey is given to allow him the illusion of safety.  The empowerment of Blacks to freely rampage did more harm to Whites than all the dangerous Indian raids ever did ( not body counts, but social stability ).  Allowing them to arm themselves is a binky that does nothing to alleviate the damage already done by social engineering.

*

And did you notice that most parts North with large Negro populations don’t allow concealed carry anyway?  You have a much larger margin for safety by moving than you do by packing.  Now, I understand that most places are really weird about sidearms.  You keep your battle carbine at home, with ammo, in Switzerland but pistols are Verbotten.  If you jump through hoops in Down Under or NZ, you can almost get a long arm as long as it isn’t Evil Semi.  But a pistol?  Don’t make the Elite chuckle into their Fosters.  Why isn’t the US?

*

Because pistols are completely useless militarily.  While most countries shudder in dog-crapping-a-peach-pit pain over the prospect of crime pistols supposedly facilitate, the US wants MORE crime.  More death and theft?  Yes, Please!  Crime is big business in America.  It is an institutionalized profit center.  Now that’s ‘Murican Ingenuity-profit off of the social collapse.  Why are there so many tens of thousands of gun laws, few enforced?  Just like the tax code, it enriches the elite and allows for select prosecution as needed.  Same with the drug laws.  They are all ways of profiting AND controlling the population.

*

Protecting yourself with a concealed carry pistol might just save your life and give you a relatively small amount of grief legally.  OR.  It could open a giant can of woop ass and you get royally screwed.  And it is all at the whim of a lawyer politician.  If it profits him to vilify you, he will ( recall the current case where an individual who commandeered a vehicle to ferry the Las Vegas shooting victims to the hospital is facing grand theft charges ).  If you become a target of the State, you are done.  Stick a fork in you.

*

I am simply amazed at now clueless most people wish to remain over the Fickle Finger Of Fate the State wields.  You are already judged if their sites land on you, and you are, simply, then Double Dog Humped.  There is nothing you can do about it, either.  There is about as much justice in the Justice Department as there is defense in the Defense Department.  It is all profitized and paid for in the blood of innocents.  If killing Little Brown People In Foreign lands isn’t profitable enough, they will kill you here domestically.  To think otherwise is so naïve it borders on moronic.

*

I am now dealing with Elephant Graveyard parents. My dad is so old and medically screwed that he constantly naps.  He is cogent, but you have to catch him with enough energy to pay attention.  My step mom is also cogent but stuck in a Good Old Days loop.  You can’t have a logical conversation with her.  She only sees Bad Actors, not Systematic Evil, despite being mauled by the local LEO’s.  A seventy something under a hundred pound little old lady got lippy with the cops responding to a domestic and they face plated her but good.  Yet, she still thinks the system itself is good and just and she has rights.  Talk about failing to beat any sense into someone.

*

Are you as dense as my aging parent?  In what universe are slaves allowed any natural rights?  If they want to hump you, you are humped.  You are given permission ( not the right ) to carry concealed, but they reserve the right to judge any defensive usage as unjustified and you are criminalized.  Now, set aside your hubris and remember those Uber Ninja’s that were sacrificed for profit by the politicians, in Benghazi?  If you JUST blame Hilary, you are under the delusion of Bad Actors.  The fact of the matter is, the way the system is designed allowed those personnel to be sacrificed for profit with those chosen to belong to the elites servant class to remain immune from consequences.

*

It is easy and natural to blame the elites Bitch Boys for the evil they do.  It is shorthand to blame them.  Just never forget they are merely meat puppets, dancing at a venue you’ll never be privy to.   No matter what you do, you should always have a Bug Out plan if the “justice” system targets you.  Concealed carry or not.  If you rely on the good graces of public servants to protect you, well, it was nice knowing you.  Bubba will enjoy your bleeding rectum and I hope you enjoy the colon damage.  Have a gold and cash stash, an extra handgun and a destination.  America is one of the best places to go hide in and disappear.  The social disunity encouraged by the elite works to your advantage, as does the overpopulation.  Plan accordingly.

  1. I got called to jury duty. Had to tell the judge that I didn't believe in the law and probably wouldn't convict. Judge said: the law is the law. I said I didn't care about that. He got really mad and sent me off to once side. The judge and lawyers had a pow wow. He threw me off the case and forbade me from talking to others in the jury pool.

The way to get around the whole jury nullification thing is to "discover" your opposition during the trial. I didn't do that as I wasn't sure at the time.

Concealed carry defense varies hugely from state to state.

As for the court system, you get as must justice as you can afford.

And I hope for everyone's sake they live in a more freedom orientated one. But even then, don't let down your defenses.

    1. Alt ID might be an issue. And Greyhound is a nice cheap sub for another car.

    2. Here In NH you can't get on Concord Trailways bus without an approved ID. Better have a backup one of those too.

    1. No one was pimpin the single speed cruiser so I chimed in on the comments.

    2. A single speed would be a handicap around here because of the hills. Would spend more time pushing it than riding. But then, if you have a load to haul anyway, maybe using the bike as a wheelbarrow might be the better idea.

Connect a scuba tank to a pneumatic drill with a rubber wheel chuck rubbing on the rear tire. Use a bike brake handle for the throttle. Squeeze the handle and do 70 mph up hills with an 80lb load on the back. whooosh!

    3. 70 mph! Ha. What could go wrong, right? :)

  4. What an utter waste of time and bandwidth. If I did not know better, I would think you a 9-year-old. Here's a hint: A prerequisite to offering valuable, cogent thought is a firm grasp on your native language. Failing that, put the keyboard down. You have nothing to offer and you lack the wherewithal to express it if you had. Do not despair though, it may simply be the area in which you reside. After, all the newspapers around here appear to be written by children and/or mentally challenged adults. If I were to submit their articles to my son's high school teacher, they would be lucky to receive a C. Which is maddening, as writing is a majority of their supposed profession.

  5. This is one of those topics that weighs heavily on my mind from time to time. I think that if you know that you’re heading into a potentially dangerous situation, then you must pack. Otherwise, you really have to weigh the odds of needing to, vs the endless red tape and costly court trial that you will be facing following the incident. There are still a handful of areas where common sense prevails, and gun rights are respected, but generally speaking, if you use a gun, you will in all likelihood be facing at least some time behind bars. It seems that there is never any shortage of overzealous DA’s looking to make a name for themselves, so if you do not have a bulletproof (No pun intended) alibi (at least one objective witness, or better yet, several) you are in for a world of hurt, or rather your rectum will be after Bubba’s through.

On the topic of having to make a dash for it, you would have to completely drop out of civilization, possibly permanently, depending on the offense. This means avoiding all communications that can be tracked. A two way radio, and using some kind of code would be necessary for support, providing that you could find anyone that would support you. This is where having a remote cache within a reasonable distance to where you reside would be a really good thing to have. There’s some TV series where they place participants in such a false scenario, and have them tracked by people that once worked in the intelligence field. So far I think that there has only been a few that managed to elude the authorities. Most of the blunders that the participants make are really stupid, such as withdrawing cash from an ATM. In order to avoid getting caught, you would probably have to lone wolf it. Think Eric Rudolph, Claude Dallas, or the like. Both eventually got caught, but only when they re-emerged into society. If you ever needed to enter a store and purchase something, you must use cash (that was not withdrawn from an ATM for obvious reasons) and wear a disguise that covers both your eyes (wide sunglasses) and ears (Yes, I hear tell that one’s ears contain very unique identifying factors).

    1. All rather depressing, isn't it? Our monkey pack minds would be our downfall. Just going into town to shop with cash, if a cop asks for ID, goodbye. Had that happen to me a lot, out early hours to go to work. Being on a bike then didn't work out so good.

    2. Rawles "Patriots" book, if I remember rightly had the side story of two brothers caught up in a shootout with the Police (an over zealous officer shot at them first & they weren't doing anything wrong but had access to guns) It's worth a read.

Another book I read yonks ago was How to Be Invisible: A Step-By-Step Guide To Protecting Your Assets, Your Identity, And Your Life by JJ Luna.

    3. Thanks for the suggestion. This is the second recommendation that I have received on the JJ Luna book, so I’m currently reading through the reviews.

With regards to Rawles, I’ll have to pass. Nothing against the man, but I spent enough time at his site some years back to know that he’s not my cup of tea. Interestingly enough, he actually grew up one town away from the town that I grew up in. He’s from Livermore, I’m from Pleasanton.
