mount corona 2

MOUNT CORONA 2
Black Beer Death is one of those things ( now, after a few months of observation ) that you either scream like a scared little girl about, convinced even after nearly half a year any friggin day now we will all be Bringing Out Our Dead, or you chock it up to yet again the powers that be are busy hiding behind the woodpile jerking off as clamps pinch their nipples and and electrical probe tickles their sphincter, watching us run around with our hair on fire as they tug at our puppet strings, amused and aroused beyond description.
*
Me? I think the government auto pools contain far more Clown Cars than black helicopters. I'm not saying the government isn't dangerous. Obviously, they can screw up a wet dream, and by the end of the year if the food situation doesn't change it won't matter if elections are held or not, we won't have a United States anymore. This is not hyperbole. We are at point A in the food distribution failure timeline and we don't know when point B occurs. But when it does, when food riots begin, we won't have any warning, and it will all be over soon after.
*
I've told you before, but any time I've ever mentioned Peak Oil you cover your ears and start blathering about abiotic oil or fracking oil or thorium nukes or little green men bringing us the answer to solving cold fusion, so I'll say it again. The 1970's economic implosion was caused by two very, VERY small events. We temporarily lost UNDER 5% of oil imports and our domestic oil stopped growing in supply. The supply stopped growing. We didn't run out of oil. Do you grok that, yet? I'm dying here, people. Beating my head against the wall, suffering much more brain damage than the day I was born minutes after the doctors three martini lunch.
*
Obviously, the economy was in trouble prior to that. We were an industrial economy that saw Peak Iron Ore in 1959. Bitches Lib and Tearing Down This Wall, Mr. Kennedy unlimited immigration, intelligence agencies funding Black Panthers and AIM, among other events was a huge cultural upheaval. And Vietnam, started to jump start the economy with even more vast military spending ( on top of Cold War costs ), failed miserably. Economically, which was the whole point. No one in charge cared about the protest costs. They cared about economic collapse, a return to 1929.
*
But that makes my point, doesn't it? An already in trouble economy only needs a small event to start a collapse. We saw it in 1970 and fifty years later here we are again. But we've already used up our credit cards and all of Saudi Arabia's oil growth, to GROW. Like a shark, if the economy stops moving, it dies ( I borrowed that analogy, but cannot remember where ). We have no more growth, after fracking oil production growth halted, the first domino in the chain reaction popping of the derivatives bubble. THIS is the rain that defeats Napoleon.
*
We are NOT going to see civil war and Balkanization because of gun control, blue versus red, commies v capitalists, deplorables v Cloud People, coastal elites v rurals, or anything else. All that does is laser paint a target. It is food that will be the starting gun in the Post Oil Dark Ages ( PODA ). Because we don't JUST need oil for food. We need oil for food, food transportation, food storage and military protection of food. You were already witness to the military failures, ships colliding at sea and the officer corps turned into Stalin political appointees, and infantry girls.
*
Amazingly, Political Correctness didn't cost us the Cold War, and our military survived long enough to occupy Iraq at a low cost in cannon fodder ( that is said with angry sarcasm ). Our military as a whole is tits on a bull, but lucky for us China has no deep water navy and defensive only nuclear weapons. They couldn't both Butter And Guns us ( build a factory economy and build a imperial military ) on their inadequate domestic energy supply. In the end, oil makes or breaks an empire. Without it, China cannot replace us, and running out of the GROWTH of oil, we lose our empire.
*
The military fought the good fight, against domestic enemies in Washington DC, but the fight is over and they lost. No one can prevail over the bankers if you first cede control of your budget to them. And now the bankers are losing, having lost the one thing an empire needs, free energy in increasing supplies. Rome was doomed when expansion ( with free farmland and free labor, and bonus free metals ) halted and we were doomed in 1970. No one knew it at the time and no one admits it even now two generations later, giving lie to Human Intelligence.
*
Am I smart? Of course not. I bungle All The Things. I just pay attention AND think everyone lies. Even myself ( to myself-although I like to think, less than everyone else, mostly ). Is all of this potentially overreaction and Calling Wolf and Doom Porn? Potentially, sure. I STILL cannot time the collapse. But I know the direction of events. A moron would know the direction of events, if he had just enough IQ to pull off his blinders. I'm just as much of a moron as anyone. But without blinders. If I'm wrong about 2016 being the last election, I'm not off by much.
*
At the best, most optimistic guess, we are now in a 1929 plus 1970 plus 1999 plus 2008 economic collapse. Worst case? Famine riots shortly. JIT and globalism HAD to fail, eventually. And we are now in either the beginning or the end game of that failure. Remember, the road to PODA isn't JUST about man on man, tribe on tribe. It is about nation on nation also. Big die offs are afoot. All that bitching I've done to you about Big Pharma of Big Ag or Big Daddy Gov killing off people? That is just to illustrate to you that they are ALREADY comfortable with mass murder for profit. Why not also for survival? To cover up their crimes? To Fat Bitch Cake Buffet even as Rome burns? Got wheat, ammo and bayonets?

"The dichotomy between what is happening in the real world and what is happening in the world of the financiers will lead to violent upheaval on a timeline not anticipated by the ruling class. There is a good reason gun stores were overwhelmed with business at the outset of this over-hyped flu pandemic. As Strauss and Howe pointed out twenty three years ago, trust in the government, central bankers, the corporate media, and “experts” is disintegrating rapidly. The anger and disillusionment grows by the day and pockets of resistance are propagating throughout the country."

    1. I don't know if I'd correlate distrust of institutions to gun sales, at least on Team Blue's side. Or, did they actually think that through January the police were really able to protect them? No, didn't read the article. 95% of the time, just reading ZH headline is sufficient.

Yup, IQ has been slipping there since the Tylers sold the joint. I miss the old commenters and their sarcasm. -RB

    3. Okay, THAT'S why it seemed like just another MSM publication, after I returned after a long break. I can safely ignore it again.

    4. ZeroHedge is good reading for the naive who need to have their eyes opened a little bit. He has a good idea but then becomes a pussy about it because he never goes to the logical conclusion.

For example, if a rabbit is eating your garden, then you shoot it. Instead he will say go out and talk to the rabbit and ask it to stop eating your garden. Then the rabbit keeps eating your garden. Then ZH is confused.

    6. The difference here , was the word Pandemic, of a highly contagious yet slow acting bug. Known to kill.
All rules go out the window when you ain't even got enough TP for a couple days let alone food. Add on top of that , you maybe can't leave home to get anything. So yeah , soccer mom becomes instant Ramboette and wants a gatt.

Hell yeah , you know I got wheat. Plenty of ammo too.
Alas I have failed for not one Bayonet do I own...doomed I say doomed...

    7. Good thing you are old, used up and falling apart, because verily, I say unto you, you're fooked. No bayonet, indeed. Sad Panda :( LOL

    8. Only you grunts use knives on sticks. We sneaky snake eaters were trained to use knives up close,..without ya ever knowing we were there. Until your neck itches har har...

    9. Sailors and airmen are the smart ones, delivering bombs from a long distance. Grunts are at least smart enough to get bayonet distance away. Snake eaters? Yeah, something wrong with those fellows. :) I mean, the name says it all, yes?

    10. Yup , never mess with anyone willing to eat snakes. You might be next.

    11. Plus, they think pain is fun. One thing to suck up pain, another to run towards it.

      Delete
    12. Pain ain't nothing but amped up adrenaline telling ya to get after it faster. Call it your bodies warning alarm to finish up.

    13. I hate snakes, but I hate 'em less when they're in a good sausage a griddlin' away. Hey, darnit.....I'm a snake eater!! Good for me.

Personally, I like all them snake eaters as their crazy antics kept the commanders from making me go do that crap. All I needed to amp up my adrenalin was a glimpse of a cold beer and bag of ho-hos!!

Now people who eat bull balls....them's some forked up individuals. How and why that was/is a thing is beyond me.....not to mention it just seems pernicious to the bull after all!!

      Delete
    14. Balls-definitely one of those parts better ground up and hidden in sausage, like spleen or butthole.

    15. As an aside, when I humped a watch I wore an ascot. i know it twer outside regs but it was both a fashion statement and a neck itch repellent. I figured some snake eater wound be taken such with my neck wear that I could run away like a bitchy school girl. Or, while he was taken with my neck gator, I could give him my Avon schpeel. Either way, win-win!!!!

    16. Oh yeah, lest I give short shrift to snake eaters. I spent lots of time with both them hombres and the rotors from the 160th. Never met anyone better. And I mean anyone, anywhere.

      But ball-eaters. just wrong bro......

  4. I think famine is quite a ways off - probably two years or more at worst. But you can smell the ozone from the sparks out there.

And the new $3trillion dollar bill? Need money? Just print it. Worked out for the Germans in 1921, right?

    1. Famine is as far away as ENOUGH supply chain disruption. How long is that? We don't know what we don't know, so it is all WAG. Our bankers invented a new monetary theory, so we could never have hyperinflation. :(

  5. Hey Bison,

Great post. I happen to have wheat, guns and bayonets...being an unreformed Army guy.....I just can't figure which one to eat!!
