The asswhores claiming it was stupid poor people are just Madison Ave huckster pimps, perhaps? They want us to wipe our asses with TP-not at all sanitary compared to a bidet, but overwash every other part of ourselves. It's called our microbiota. And when we take a shower we wash our outer microbiota off that's protecting us from germs.
I used to be the only one in groups I belonged to that never got sick. People thought it was cuz I live in the woods away from people. It might be some of that and all the walking/biking I do. But I do circulate amongst people too. It might be that I take a quick cleaup daily but a full bath/shower every 4th or 5th day. A friend of mine with kids started reading about it and now gives her kids a bath every third or fourth day and they are almost never sick regardless of what's going around the classroom.Niantic Windhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/13122555189803476047noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2686829448547770092.post-81371323185032531922018-01-13T06:21:16.555-08:002018-01-13T06:21:16.555-08:00I hadn't heard of the book. It's drier and generally has a higher protein content than the crap winter wheat. Both are better than beans or corn unless you combine the both of them as, unlike wheat, neither of them have a complete amino acid profile like the wheats do.
Also, have you read "Twilight of Abundance" by David Archibald? He believes we're headed for a very cold period of time where wheat will go back to it's 2,000 plus year historical value of 25-45 dollars per bushel. Right now, in the United States, Spring wheat holdover stocks are lower than they've ever been, yet the price is around six dollars per bushel. The Russian winter wheat crop was a record over 7 million metric tonnes above their previous high. That killed us here in the rotting USA. To make a proper loaf of bread millers should be using 30-40% Spring Wheat in their mix with Winter Wheat, Barley, Corn and possibly even Oats (every miller has a different recipe and some more than one) to make a loaf. They shortcut at the EL CHEAPO deluxe bakeries (which is most of them) by adding poisons to substitute for the gluten that is missing when Spring Wheat is cut out of the mix. You get even more gluten with Durum. That's why high end Pizza dough always has a percentage of Durum.Johnnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2686829448547770092.post-33741920309206352092018-01-12T18:29:58.413-08:002018-01-12T18:29:58.413-08:00I shall remain a novice on the computer-Hell, I ca...I shall remain a novice on the computer-Hell, I can barely figure out the word processor ( using a fifteen year old one with far less features ). You touch other cooties, then touch your pocket or wallet, that later gets picked up and introduced elsewhere. From what I understand, the face is the best place to introduce the germ, and so that in theory helps. But to answer your question, it is my personal belief that building up your immune system to other or lesser crud will help with mutated crud. Having said that, if what you are doing works for you, I would stick with it. If I naturally have a better immune system which aids in taking in lesser crud and defeating it, and you have a weaker system that needs the help in fighting lesser crud, for your system that might be your best bet. Since we are no longer eating as good of food, there are probably more folks with just naturally weaker systems the "germ inocculations" might not work as well on. It is all a crap shoot and I probably would be better off not assuming what works for me works for everyone. It might be something you need to do all your life, it might be a placebo, there might be a variable I'm not accounting for. Since we can't trust the experts we all need to figure it out on our own. If I introduce a new ...This is a little confusing. If I introduce a new hygiene practice (not touching my face) and get sick noticeably less often does that mean my immune system is now weaker? If I go back to my previous practice of itching my nose/eyebrow/whatever, and get sick more frequently, does that mean my immune system is more robust? The cold mutates so frequently, just like the flu, that it seems unlikely that getting sick more frequently would make other sicknesses (future colds, or those that spring up in third-world environments) less severe. If there's sickness on my hands, but I don't spread it to my face, perhaps my immune system still reacts a little to what's on my skin and what I breathe in. I'm not trying to difficult, I just want to engage in the best practice for the strongest immune system. I'm NOT using antibacterial soap, that's for sure.
Peace outAnonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2686829448547770092.post-10857016526518708412018-01-12T16:30:02.458-08:002018-01-12T16:30:02.458-08:00“Also, you could never get back to Google-you just...“Also, you could never get back to Google-you just kept getting a refreshed page you had clicked on. When you type the search words and the results come up on the main page, you don’t click directly on the link and navigate away from the main page with the results. Instead you right click on the link, and “open in new tab” or “open in new window”. This actually saves a ton of time, because rather than hitting the back button and having to navigate back to the main page, you can just close it instead.

You can even set it in your browser to automatically do this if you like when you click on a link, which from what I gathered from your sentence above, you, or maybe someone else may have already done that?Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2686829448547770092.post-83713336379085693732018-01-12T15:58:53.486-08:002018-01-12T15:58:53.486-08:00I know "search success" is subjective, i...I know "search success" is subjective, it just seems Google gave me their results based on ad revenue rather than subject matter. But in my opinion, it’s not as good as Google. I only recently went on Facebook, and that’s because Amazon (Bezos) closed down the IMDB forums. One of the first things that I learned is that Facebook spies on you like a mad dog, and whenever I go there (rarely) I have to delete about a dozen cookies from my PC. Google of course does this as well. Regardless, whenever I need to look up anything that might be considered borderline controversial, I use TOR browser, or in some cases TAILs OS (which uses TOR browser; approved and endorsed by Edward Snowden). But I can't see it being anything other than counterproductive for normal folks. The weak and ones that should never have been allowed to live will die and we save on taxes. The ones who are normal will just build up their immune system.James M Dakinhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/01382139289994087931noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2686829448547770092.post-21283991882166358142018-01-12T09:53:43.649-08:002018-01-12T09:53:43.649-08:00I read an article years ago about "How do eme...I read an article years ago about "How do emergency room doctors keep from getting sick." The only part I remember is they never touch their face. Their nose or eyebrow itches, too bad, it goes un-itched. I asked someone I know who works in a hospital if it was true, and he stated it was. He told a story of one doctor he sees in the hospital breakroom during lunchtime. First, he washes his hands, then he never touches his food. Even the apple in his lunch only gets touched by the inside of the plastic bag he carries it in. I started doing the same thing, never touching my face, no matter how much my nose or whatever itched. It probably cut the number of colds I got by 50%. It also feels good that you can deny your natural instincts to itch your nose, as the itchy sensation eventually goes away on its own.
Peace outAnonymousnoreply@blogger.com
