The large farms only sell to large corporations. Here is a link to 1 of the 2 that we are now connected to. https://sobremesafarm.com/

I'm looking at this through long distance goggles. Yes, I like to roam the aisles at Kroger and pick the nicest looking tomatoes on the table and have my choice from 73 different types of lettuce from all over the world. I will continue to do that as long as I can. But, I believe that choice is going to wane in the future and rather than wait til the ax falls and be left with nothing I want to cultivate a relationship with local people that can provide me with what I need. In turn, perhaps I can provide a service to them or other people in their network for reasonable gratuity. I'm not a willing "people" person but rather a "necessity" people person. If I can do it myself I usually will but if I can't I must rely on others. ghostsniperhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/15644187165818782984noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2686829448547770092.post-85285172575494062452020-05-17T08:13:58.431-07:002020-05-17T08:13:58.431-07:00Yup, blood types and genetics really do make a dif...Yup, blood types and genetics really do make a difference. You know, what Amazon is already doing. Two giants losing money for shrinking market share. But they'll make up for it on volume! But that is just another theory-and we can only work with whatever theory we see as the most probable in truth. Everyone always makes their case for their theory, but that doesn't make it absolute or irrefutable. Another theory I have is that there are many different body types, which makes even the Meat For Brain Performance only applicable sometimes. I believe we have adaptations to local food just like we do to location. Some bodies do better on wheat, others meat. This gay as all get out stay at home nonsense has breeded a bunch of wannabe video stars due to the cultural shift from analog in person face time interactions to skyping from mom's basement, man on mars type of field report blatherings. I’m subscribed to way too many channels right now. My heart sinks when I click on a video, and see that it’s much past 10 minutes, which is pretty much my cut off point. The only videos that I can watch that go beyond that, are topics that very interesting, or that camping with Steve fellow. And even for him, I have to make it a point to set aside some time to watch his videos (An appointment, if you will).

I know you won’t listen to me, so this is for the others. Carbs. When I was on a low carb diet, my acid stomach/heartburn, etc, went completely away. I also noticed that my psoriasis went down considerably, though it didn’t totally go away. For those that wish to lose weight, remember that carbs = sugar. Even dairy has sugar (lactose). Plain yogurt is good. Yes, it has carbs, but the cultures consume the lactose, and convert it to lactase (A non-sugar). And no, I’m not saying you shouldn’t stock carbs. In fact, you should. What I am saying is that pre-collapse, if you suffer from the effects of carbs, you should reduce your consumption of them if at all possible.

Fortunately for me, I don’t like milk. A long time ago I used to drink soy milk. But I cannot recommend that for the male of our species, especially for those of you residing south of the border. Lest you be saddled with the unfortunate moniker of “dry Martinez” (For those that haven’t heard the joke, that’s what you call a mexican that had a vasectomy :D )Anonymousnoreply@blogger.com
